It’s a bird, it’s a plane, it’s the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s first out LGBTQ superhero! (Yes, yes – I know Superman is D.C, just please go with the analogy.) At San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend,
Marvel honcho Kevin Feige and star Tessa Thompson confirmed that her Valkyrie character would be involved in an LGBTQ storyline in the next “Thor” sequel (titled “Thor: Love and Thunder,” which can I say I already love for its magnificent cheesiness?).
Tessa also confirmed the news in front of a cheering crowd at SDCC.
I mean, she’s not wrong. The King of Asgard needs her Queen. It’s tradition and all. So now let’s all brainstorm dream casting for the future Queen of Asgard. Thoughts? Suggestions? And, don’t worry,
Janelle Monae and her Pussy Pants are already on top of the list. So, you know, bring on the Super Gays.
